I love helping active families and busy professionals and entrepreneurs upgrade their homes to create a luxurious and comfortable place to call home.
From one-room design plans, to custom full home decorating, we can handle every detail from start to finish, while you enjoy a one-of-a-kind, red carpet, unforgettable, luxury design experience.
As a previous corporate Advertising Executive, an Entrepreneur, and being an Interior Decorator with over 10 years of design experience, I understand the challenges that come with having to balance work and life, while wanting a beautiful, comfortable, functional place to come home to after a longs days work.
It can also be challenging to define your style, figure out how to infuse your culture into your home, and nearly impossible to figure out how to make your design vision come to life, all on your own while living an active lifestyle.
This is something many of my clients are challenged with, and why they come to me to help them transform their home, by removing the time-burden and stress of trying to figure this design thing out on their own.

FOUNDER OF MONIQUE NICOLE ENTERPRISES, LLC.
As an international interior decorator and business coach, Monique has traveled the world gathering design inspiration, ideas, cultural influences along with an appreciation for the finer things of the interior design world, that she uniquely infuses into her design work and coaching.
In 2016, Monique founded Employee To Designer, a private coaching program to support emerging design professionals in learning the business of interior design. Today, she continues to coach and speak to emerging designers & decorators around the world, while being inspired by their growth and success.
AWARDS + ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Monique Nicole is an active member of the distinguished Interior Design Society (IDS) as well as a Certified member of CID (Certified Interior Decorator Association).
She also holds several degrees, including a degree in Interior Decorating, a Bachelor’s in International Business with a specialization in Economics & Marketing, and a Master’s Degree in Interactive & Direct Marketing.
Monique Nicole was awarded "Woman of the Year for Interior Decorating for NJ" in 2013 by NAPW, as well as Best of Houzz for Best Customer Service in 2015 & 2018 by Houzz. In addition, her world-renowned design work has been featured online & in print publications including Your Decorating Resource, Island Origins and Moxie Woman Magazine.
